What is the right balance for optimal aging. Tiathelon training is the rage among my small clique of over 50’s. It is tempting, but also worrisome. They seem constantly banged up, headed to surgery, and limping around. How much of that kind of thing can I take and for how long. The medical profession seems to have little to say about this sort of thing. They are struggling just trying to get people off the couch. But for people who are out there working their machine into a frothy sweat, it is a puzzle. How much is optimal. We are in a quest here for answers like that. It is a search for the champions of aging. Check out the posts, check out the Facebook updates. You may find your answer and your role model.
